On Saturday I had the fireplace going and the gerbils just love this. Sweet Leaf was busy sculpting a paper towel roll. Yum, yum. You can see him focused when he's balanced on top of his food bowl in the top picture.
Now, Grouchy was huddled under his bedding. You might be able to make out his face in all of it. I tried to enlarge the picture. Sometimes, if you catch the gerbils at the right time, they'll be flattened on their perch bathing in the warmth of the fireplace.
Miko was just enjoying the sunshine once we opened the windows. Yay, sun.
