The Dangerous and Alluring Art of Beefcake, How to Rock the Hairy Chest, and Another Example of Bad Beefcake

Erik Estrada provides us with an example of good Beefcake. He points to the camera and acknowledges your existence, but he reminds you that he is taking charge. He is not attempting Beefcake. The pink-haired guy in the previous post, let me remind you, is a Beefcake victim because Smugness has depleted his Beefcake energy. Remember, Beefcake is a dangerous art. Heck, this is Erik Estrada, people.

Shall we say this together: Smugness overrides successful Beefcake.

Here, vintage Burt Reynolds gives us an excellent example of the Art of Beefcake and rocking the hairy chest. He is rocking out AND he knows it. Heck, this is Burt Reynolds, people.

This guy, well, I just don't know. He looks like a nice enough guy. The smugness factor is not the issue. It's the cheese factor. Way too deeply rooted. My eyes are burning. This gentleman cannot successfully Beefcake at this time. GOOD DAY, Sir.
