One of the best pieces of advice I've read

Just read this on a WikiHow page explaining ways to reduce menstrual cramps. I think it's excellent advice.


"If you can't get a heating pad, a cat can have the same effect when placed on the abdomen. Cats also help relieve stress that cramps can cause."
